• Location:* Madurai / Tirunelveli (based out of either location)
• For:* Leading Fans & Geyser Manufacturer
• Experience:* 10–15 years in FMCG / Appliance Distribution Sales
• Salary:* 80,000 – 1,00,000/month + Incentives + Car Allowance

*Role Overview:*

You're the *sales ace* driving fans & geysers across Southern Tamil Nadu (Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Virudhunagar, etc.). You'll own relationships with distributors, retailers, and electric shops — making sure our products are #1 on shelves & in homes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Sales & Distribution*

• Manage 5–8 distributors; push volume & margin growth
• Hit monthly/quarterly targets — no excuses!
• Expand reach in kirana, modern trade, e-commerce channels
  
  

*Channel Partnerships*

• Nurture dealers, sub-dealers, and retail partners
• Run promotions, demos, dealer meets — boost visibility
• Resolve trade issues — fast!
  
  

*Market Smarts*

• Track competitors — pricing, schemes, launches
• Share local insights — what customers want, what sells
• Spot opportunities — new towns, outlets, segments
  
  

*Execution Ninja*

• Monitor stocks, prevent dead stock & stockouts
• Ensure clean invoicing, collections, credit control
• Use Excel/WhatsApp to stay on top of sales
  
  

*Team Lead*

• Mentor junior sales team
• Weekly reviews, coaching, motivation
• Hit targets — own your patch!
  
  

*Must-Have Qualifications:*

10–15 years in distribution sales — appliances/fans/geysers preferred

Proven track record of hitting big targets

Knows Southern Tamil Nadu markets inside out

Strong negotiation & persuasion skills

Travels 60–70% — overnight stays in region

Owns a 2-wheeler or car (car allowance + fuel provided)
