Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow the merchant network by driving acquisition and servicing to attract and retain them.
  • Drive quality in execution through audits and review mechanisms, and manage merchant escalations.
  • Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training of the front-line sales team to ensure 100% manning and performance improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and work towards their retention and engagement.
