Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in the Pune Division. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the region to drive revenue and expand market reach. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, overseeing the performance of the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and providing feedback to the management team to align with overall company goals.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in team leadership, management, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, including client relationship management
  • Knowledge and understanding of the agricultural industry and plant nutrition solutions is advantageous
  • Adaptability to work in dynamic environments, with a results-oriented approach
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
