Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Alwar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals and report on sales performance regularly.

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
  • Experience in Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Customer Engagement
  • Team Leadership and ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Proficiency in handling CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience in FinTech, Travel, or related industries is advantageous
