Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and track sales targets for the team to drive performance.
  2. Conduct regular review and assessment of the sales team's performance.
  3. Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
  4. Lead the sales efforts in the assigned Oil and Gas territory, ensuring visibility and accountability.

Job Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in Distribution sales within EDC, fintech, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
  2. Strong communication, leadership, and networking capabilities.
  3. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, with a focus on team development.
  4. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
