Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, train, and guide the service team in the assigned territory to meet service targets.
  2. Monitor team performance and motivate members to exceed targets.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and manage service requests.
  4. Travel within the assigned service area to present company offerings and increase brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in distribution sales in EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance.
  2. Ability to set, track, and review sales targets for the team.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  4. Knowledge of Excel (optional).
