Job Summary
We are looking for an experiencedArea Sales Manager (ASM)to driveB2B and B2C salesacross assigned zones/states. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing dealer and distributor networks, and leading the regional sales team. Candidates with experience in theHVAC or insulation industryor related building material segments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (volume & value) for assigned territories.
- Business development by Expand market presence by developing dealer/distributor networks and onboarding new B2B and B2C customers.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, supply, and customer support.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables in the region.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 48 years of experience inB2B and B2C sales.
- Strong preference for candidates fromHVAC or insulations.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
