Job Description

Sales Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Key Account Management

  • Manage key customer accounts by building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Payment Collection & Margin Monitoring

  • Ensure timely payment collections and monitor contribution margins to maintain financial health and profitability.

Client Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Target and KPI Assignment

  • Assign clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to team members and ensure performance tracking against goals.

Sales Reporting Accuracy

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date reflection of all sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in the reporting system.
