Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive B2B sales across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and Modern Retail segments. The role involves lead generation, business development, customer relationship management, order fulfillment coordination, and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales of company's products to HoReCa and Modern Retail segments.
  • Responsible for generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, exhibitions, customer referrals
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Managing existing customers and following up for repeat orders
  • Track competition's activities
  • Attend & participate in product launches, networking events, exhibitions.
  • Giving Product Demos / Presentations.
  • Maintaining and updating of customer data base on respective sheets and in CRM Software.
  • Submitting MIS Reports to the management.
  • Market Intelligence, Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings and competitiveness.
  • Client Relationship Management, Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Payment collection and follow ups
  • Co-ordinate with the production and dispatch team in line to make sure that orders are dispatched on time.
  • Share daily to do task with the reporting manager.
  • Achieving the sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 yrs experience in Coffee products sales
