We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (Channel Sales) to drive channel development, partner performance, and regional sales growth. The role focuses on expanding and managing channel partners while ensuring consistent revenue flow and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Development & Management

Identify, appoint, and nurture new channel partners to expand market reach.

Strengthen and manage existing channel relationships to ensure consistent performance.

  • Sales Execution & Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured planning and partner engagement.

Drive secondary sales and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Execute trade promotions, exhibitions, and in-store activations.

  • Partner Enablement

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for channel partners and their sales teams.

Enhance in-store brand presence through merchandising, displays, and marketing initiatives.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches.

Provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

  • Operations & Compliance

Ensure timely payment collection from channel partners.

Maintain strict control over credit exposure and outstanding dues.

Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveries.

Qualifications
  • Graduate; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • 57 years of experience in Channel Salespreferably in Building Materials, Fenestration, Doors & Windows, Hardware, or Construction Products.
  • Strong experience in distribution management and secondary sales tracking.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM/ERP tools.
  • Solid understanding of B2B & B2C sales cycles in the construction/materials sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making aptitude.
