Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to expand market reach. The role includes monitoring market trends, analyzing performance metrics, providing training to the sales team, and ensuring adherence to company policies for effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Preferable from Skin Care Industry, Expert In BA and Non BA Operations, GT (Genereal Trade) Channel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with clients and teams
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and data analysis
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve goals effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG, retail, or skincare industry is advantageous
  • Excellent Super stockiest and Distributor handling skills
  • Expert In offtake and revenue genereation
