Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Brahmapur. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular sales performance reports. The role requires proactive planning, problem-solving, and effective communication to drive business growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales teams effectively.
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business development.
- Analytical and decision-making skills to monitor market trends, evaluate data, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Competency in using CRM tools, sales management systems, and other relevant software for reporting and tracking performance.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or vehicle financing sector, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
