Your Role

  • Implement and execute a 3 years business plan with challenging and achievable SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based) ACTIONS for rapid business growth.
  • Build up a long and strong relationship with customers, consultants and key accounts for Medical Gas Solutions Business.
  • Look out for and Identify replacement Business/ Project Business
  • Understand customer value drivers; implement replacement proposals based on return on investment to influence customer buying decision.
  • Handle the dealers / distributors, motivate and guide them to achieve targets in their respective territories
  • Grow substantially the market share for the Medical Gas Solutions Division profitably.
  • Implement strategies to make the growth, sustainable and profitable.
  • Develop new Dealer.
  • Annual Dealer Target setting
  • Lead Monthly Sales review meeting with dealers and monitor dealer performance.
  • Share inputs and action plan on dealers on dealer's performance improvement.
  • Attend Meeting with Critical customer of Dealer
  • Identify competency gap and impart sales training to dealers.
  • Share the lead to dealers based on dealer's capability.
  • Competitor Mapping
  • Dealing with Corporate/Govt Hospital Customer

To succeed, you will need

At least more than10-12 years of proven sales experience in Medical Gas Pipeline Products, with a track record in reaching targets.

Proven track record of consistently achieving his targets.

A self- starter, willing to travel, having a good presentation skills

Strong Knowledge of the Medical Gas Pipeline market of North Zone of India shall be an added advantage

Ability to handle situations with innovation and creativity. Produce new ideas and solutions to achieve business targets.
