Role Description

We are hiring for the role of Area Sales Manager/BDM/Sales Manager/Executives at our Bengaluru location for an on-site, full-time position. The selected candidate will focus on managing and growing key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include building strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Strong experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Proficiency in understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of market trends, competition, and customer behavior, especially within the architectural and construction industry
  • Planning and Analytics: Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Organizational and Teamwork Abilities: Capability to work independently and within a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in the industry is a plus
