Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territorial sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree with MBA preferred
- 7-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in specification selling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
