A leading premium car dealership in Tamil Nadu with presence across Chennai and other places in TN is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive retail sales, customer engagement and team performance. The dealership emphasizes high-quality customer service, strong product knowledge, long-term customer relationships and a memorable luxury buying experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute area sales strategy for premium cars (sedans, SUVs, EVs) achieving monthly/quarterly targets across assigned Chennai territories.
- Manage HNI (High Net-worth Individual) client relationships from hospitality, real estate and other premium sectors, leveraging strong networking for lead generation.
- Lead sales team through coaching, target allocation and performance monitoring.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking (BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Audi etc.) and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive test drives, product demonstrations, and closing deals for premium/EV models with multilingual HNI clients.
- Collaborate with service, finance, and marketing teams for seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting reports.

*Required Qualifications & Experience:*
**Must-Have:**
- Few years sales experience in premium/luxury car dealerships (Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche etc.)
- **Exposure to premium car dealerships in and around Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, etc.)**
- Proven HNI client management and networking in Chennai & Tamilnadu market.
- Fluency in English,Tamil, Hindi etc. for diverse HNI client interactions.
- Strong Chennai & Tamilnadu market knowledge and dealer network.
*Preferred Candidates:*
- Clients/contacts from hospitality and real estate backgrounds who have worked in luxury car segment.
- Prior exposure dealing with HNI clients from these premium sectors.
*Asset (Highly Desirable):*
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EV) Viz. - sales, features, incentives for premium EV models available in India including BMW iX/i7, Mercedes EQS/EQE, Audi e-tron Q8, Volvo EX30/EX90, Porsche Taycan etc.
- Prior premium/luxury brand sales experience preferred.
