Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and field executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the NBFC and home loan segment.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal departments.
- Track market developments, competitor activities, and suggest growth strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in NBFC, housing finance, or banking sector.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
