Job Description

Purpose of the Role

  • Promote and develop the adoption of Document Management Services offered by AIBC
  • Contribute to achieving targeted business volumes from new and existing corporate clients

Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively promote and increase the uptake of AIBC's range of services among existing and prospective corporate clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing client relationships and market prospects

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and develop strong sales and service relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to evaluate service delivery, identify improvement areas, and explore business growth opportunities
  • Engage with clients at senior management levels to understand business needs and expectations

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain general market awareness and continuously develop personal and professional skills
  • Develop detailed knowledge of AIBC's document management services and awareness of other services across the organization

Service Delivery & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, achievements, and engagement history
  • Track and review client performance and take proactive actions to increase business volumes and enhance service delivery
