Purpose of the Role
- Promote and develop the adoption of Document Management Services offered by AIBC
- Contribute to achieving targeted business volumes from new and existing corporate clients
Business Development & Sales
- Proactively promote and increase the uptake of AIBC's range of services among existing and prospective corporate clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing client relationships and market prospects
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop strong sales and service relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Conduct regular client review meetings to evaluate service delivery, identify improvement areas, and explore business growth opportunities
- Engage with clients at senior management levels to understand business needs and expectations
Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain general market awareness and continuously develop personal and professional skills
- Develop detailed knowledge of AIBC's document management services and awareness of other services across the organization
Service Delivery & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, achievements, and engagement history
- Track and review client performance and take proactive actions to increase business volumes and enhance service delivery
