This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Kochi. While the role will require working from the Kochi office, it also offers opportunities to work from home when necessary. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, and ensure targets are achieved. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market data, and preparing detailed sales reports.

• Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market analysis and customer relationship management
• Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in sales tools and technology would be a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales management or a similar role is advantageous
