Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore and Hyderabad for Area Sales Manager. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and generating sales reports. Additionally, the candidate will monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and B2B Sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create strategic business plans
  • Understanding of the Foodservice or HoReCa industry is compulsory
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and distributor management
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
