We are hiring for the position of Area Sales Manager – Team Handling (LAP) for our Goregaon office Mumbai
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and be passionate about contributing to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end process from sourcing to disbursement of LAP files
- Oversee files sourced by Relationship Managers (RMs) and ensure smooth processing
- Maintain strong market connectivity with 50+ DSA channels
- Possess a good understanding of programs such as Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Products, NIP/LIP, etc.
- Demonstrate basic financial acumen and ability to manage P&L
- Conduct daily field visits with the team to engage with channel partners and strengthen relationships
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of LAP products, including eligibility, valuation, and risk assessment
- Take ownership of monthly login activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Achieve assigned disbursement targets in line with credit policies
- Build and nurture relationships with existing DSAs while onboarding new partners
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of team handling experience
- Proven track record of performance and recognition in current or previous roles
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills
