AreaSales Manager
Role In brief: taking product / brand approvals from MEP consultants / builders and meet builders/ contractors
Reporting to: M.D.
Location: company is based in Mumbai. Currently there is no branch office. Operations will be from Home & Distributors office.
Salary CTC: 8 LPA to 12 LPA plus incentives depending on experience. Appraisals are done every year. Company believes in Profit sharing which is done thru quarterly incentives.
Experience: 5 Years to 8 Years
Detailed Tasks / Key Responsibilities
- Make presentations and take approvals from consultants
- Generate leads.
- For projects visit builders; plumbing/ MEP consultants and plumbing contractors.
- Maintain relations with existing clients
- Identify new clients
- Do negotiations and Close deals.
- Back-office support will be from office in Mumbai.
- Attend occasional service issues and resolve with the help of technician/ plumber.
Candidate Profile
Education: any graduate ideally with engineering background or science. Due weightage to MBA (if from reputed institute)
Age: within 45 years.
Experience:
MUST have min. 3years exp of working with builders; MEP (plumbing) consultants; plumbing contractors and must have ready to use contacts with builders, plumbing contractors, consultants.
Must be having own vehicle for field visits.
Due weightage given for exposure of new product launch or setting up new sales territories
