Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales, dealer management, and market expansion for air conditioners in the South Delhi region. The role involves managing channel partners, achieving targets, and strengthening brand presence across retail and project segments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow dealer & retail network in South Delhi
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for ACs
Appoint new dealers and expand market reach
Handle secondary sales, stock movement, and market execution
Ensure proper product display, branding & visibility at dealer outlets
Coordinate with service & logistics teams for smooth execution
Track competitor activity and market pricing
Support dealer staff with product training and scheme communication
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in Air Conditioner / HVAC / Consumer Durables sales
Strong network with AC dealers, retailers, and distributors in South Delhi
Proven track record of target achievement
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with field work and dealer visits
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
