Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the PEB segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients
- Drive specification sales and ensure product approvals in upcoming projects
- Track industrial, warehouse, and infrastructure projects to build a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for project feasibility and proposal development
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and techno-commercial submissions
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the PEB/steel structures/building materials industry
- Strong understanding of pre-engineered building systems and project sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel as required
