Job Description

Branch Sales Planning & Management

  • Collaborate with the RSM to develop the branch-level sales strategy in line with market trends, competition, and organizational goals
  • Manage branch performance across sourcing, productivity, governance, and channel effectiveness
  • Monitor local market dynamics and competitor offerings regularly
  • Provide and review MIS reports on disbursements, NPAs, profitability, and expansion metrics

Customer Acquisition & Engagement

  • Identify local opportunities and drive customer acquisition to build a quality loan book
  • Guide team members in complex deals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address escalations and complaints, ensuring resolution with internal stakeholder coordination
  • Implement NPS-based improvements in customer experience

Operational Effectiveness

  • Streamline end-to-end customer lifecycle operations (Sourcing, Approval, Servicing, Collections)
  • Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to improve TAT and operational efficiency
  • Drive performance through structured reviews, goal alignment, and training interventions

Cross-Selling Across ABC Products

  • Implement cross-selling strategy aligned with regional plans
  • Train and support team in identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities

Team and Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Develop, coach, and support team members for improved customer engagement and business growth
  • Coordinate technical/behavioral training for team and take ownership of self-development
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution of business plans

Portfolio & Risk Management

  • Partner with Risk and Operations teams to ensure compliance in credit approval and disbursement
  • Monitor portfolio risk through data analysis, MIS, and early warning signals
  • Ensure timely PDD closures, collections follow-up, and guide team on NPA management
  • Maintain control over delinquency cases, especially in the institutional segment
