Job Description

  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Business Development: Identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients within the area to expand the customer base
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, sales trends, and market dynamics in the area
  • Sales Team Management: Managing and leading a team of sales representatives in the area, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Sales Presentations: Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers to meet revenue targets
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
