Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive with strong knowledge of kitchen and bath fittings. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned area by developing dealer, distributor, and project-based sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for kitchen and bath fittings in the assigned territory
  • Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Build relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, and retailers
  • Promote products such as faucets, showers, sanitaryware, sinks, accessories, etc.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at dealer outlets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support
  • Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen & bath fittings / sanitaryware / hardware products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle channel sales and project sales
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Experience & Education

  • 25 years of experience in kitchen & bath fittings / sanitaryware / hardware industry
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
