Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage and grow the distributor and retail network in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Visit markets regularly to understand customer needs and monitor competitors.
- Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and availability at all outlets.
- Conduct product training for retailers and distributors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and sales team members.
- Track daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Work with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic / Personal Care field sales.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution and dealer management.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and field-based role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Experience in launching new products will be an added advantage.
