Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Executive. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, achieving territory sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Key tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring effective merchandising and brand visibility across assigned locations. Additionally, the role involves training and managing sales teams to meet performance metrics and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales management, retail operations, and distributor partnerships
  • Experience in market analysis, planning sales strategies, and identifying opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in tracking key performance indicators and reporting sales data
  • Ability to lead and manage sales teams to meet targets effectively
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with the Hyderabad Modern Trade market or relevant regional experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
