Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Ensure timely collections and manage credit control with distributors/retailers.
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets and expand market penetration.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Plan and execute local promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives.
  • Regularly visit markets to ensure product availability, visibility, and market share.
  • Address distributor/retailer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to the head office.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smoother supply chain and promotional execution.

  • Good market knowledge and competitor awareness
