Job Description

  • Sales strategy and planning:Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within their assigned area.
  • Sales execution:Achieve weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets through direct selling activities.
  • Customer relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead generation and prospecting:Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other research methods.
  • Client engagement:Present and demonstrate products or services, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and closing:Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas.
  • Reporting and analysis:Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track performance, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
