Job Responsibilities

Sales Volume Achievement

  • Achieve overall sales volume targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive rice sales specifically, ensuring strong performance in that category.
  • Generate sales through rice traders, wholesalers, and retailers.

Infrastructure Development

  • Appoint new dealers and traders to strengthen distribution channels.
  • Establish a separate channel sales infrastructure in targeted towns.

Market Development

  • Strategically grow market share in assigned towns through targeted initiatives.

Technology Rollout

  • Implement technology-based applications effectively within the territory.
  • Ensure optimal usage and adoption of digital tools by the field team and partners.
