Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Executive role located in Madurai. The Area Sales Executive will focus on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and distributors. Daily tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the executive will deliver excellent customer service and represent Aaahara's brand values to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationships
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and identify market opportunities
- Knowledge of product promotion, customer engagement, and market expansion
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in local language(s) is preferred, with fluency in English
- Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
