Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for an Area Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Area Sales Consultant will focus on building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, providing tailored consulting services, and supporting customers during the sales process. Additionally, the consultant will drive revenue growth through effective communication and customized sales strategies aligned with the client's needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting for both residential and commercial markets
- Proven ability to achieve and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in understanding technical product specifications and translating them into client-centric solutions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in an on-site environment
- Experience in the flooring, cladding, or construction industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
