Area Operations Manager - Wind

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager Wind to oversee the regional operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and deliver projects within the allocated budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing wind energy operations along with strong leadership, commercial, and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the allocated region, ensuring seamless execution of wind energy projects.
• Maintain and enforce quality procedures and operational standards in compliance with both company and client requirements.
• Ensure all project activities are completed within budget, timeframes, and contractual obligations.
• Handle all aspects of billing, invoicing, and commercial coordination related to regional operations.
• Manage trailer logistics and transportation planning for movement of wind turbine components and equipment.
• Monitor site performance and generate timely operational reports and updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and client representatives for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure all operations adhere to QHSE guidelines.
• Lead and develop the site operations team to achieve project and performance goals
