The Operations Executive will be responsible for the implementation/delivery of the in-school sports program, after-school program, summer camp, tournaments for students, management of the team assigned, helping and creating organizational and program budgets, revenue management, reporting and documentation of ongoing programs, feedback, and improvement plans, and pre-sales for business development. May need to double up as a sports coach (if they have the skills)

Reporting to the Operations Manager for Integrated Sports Program - South and serving as a team member of the Grassroots Operations Team in the South, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring the Grassroots Sports program effectiveness by taking ownership of the programs assigned to that individual.

Working with the management team, the individual will also contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. This position will also get to interact actively with the Management Team.

Responsibilities:

Budget development and oversight experience

Oversee all school sports program financial management, planning, implementation, systems, and controls.

Achieve Quarterly/Yearly revenue targets through the After School Program and Summer camp

Identify/Facilitate the school team and participation in tournaments

Coaches Revenue share and other employee benefits.

Regular meetings with Coaches/Head of Grassroots around the sports program status

Development of individual program budgets and revenue for each program

Identify the lists of potential schools/academies and demo our program as part of Business development

Manage School/Hub functions, share best practices.

Take ownership of the operational systems, processes, and policies toward business delivery of the various sports programs

Monitor daily SMS in and out from all the coaches – is it happening or not

Weekly Calls/Meetings

Monitor daily updates in the AMS (ERP system)

Assessments across sports, timely – if any classes are missed – how do we make sure we complete them in a timely manner

Checking the coaches register and ensuring they fill in details timely manner. Simultaneously, getting it signed by the principal in a timely manner

Play a significant role in long-term planning, marketing the sports program, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Efficient management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the school sports program through improvements, as well as coordination and communication between the school authorities and the Business Head

Drive initiatives in the team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Provide suggestions on program improvement and efficiency in operations

Contribute to short and long-term sports program planning and strategy

Must be willing to travel.
