Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager Operations to oversee the performance and operations of multiple restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate should have experience handling complex retail or restaurant operations, managing multiple teams, and using data and reports to drive operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets.

Ensure outlets achieve targets related to sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational standards and team performance.

Train, mentor, and guide restaurant managers and outlet teams.

Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and operational processes across outlets.

Monitor inventory, cost control, and wastage management.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Use Excel and reporting tools to analyse store performance, sales trends, labour costs, and operational metrics.

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Relevant experience - 2 to 7 years

Experience in multi-store operations in retail or restaurant chains.

Strong Excel skills and experience in preparing operational reports.

Ability to analyse data and track KPIs across multiple outlets.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel regularly between outlets.

Compensation : 6 to 7 LPA with travel allowance.
