Job Description

  • Set vision, direction, and culture for the operations team to manage individual and team performance goals effectively.
  • Work to ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience, addressing escalated concerns when necessary.
  • Evaluate and manage resources and processes to ensure successful project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between strategy teams and the implementation team.
  • Ensure individual branches focus on Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Profitability.
  • Must have the ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, and establish priorities effectively.
  • The Operations Manager role is a middle-management position within the operations team.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports based on business needs.
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback sessions, including weekly one-on-ones to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Possess knowledge of supervisory techniques to effectively manage, motivate, and train employees.
  • Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence.
  • Collect feedback proactively and be responsible for tweaking processes to make them more robust.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a consistent, high level of service.
  • Demonstrate structured problem-solving skills, detail-oriented approach, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in logistics/Supply Chain Management).

Location: Operations Interns - Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune | Engineering Interns - Bangalore.
