Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Jaipur. The Area Manager will oversee operations, drive sales performance, and build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires developing regional strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, managing logistics, and training operational teams. The Area Manager will also monitor market trends, identify business growth opportunities, and ensure operational excellence across the designated region.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in communication, client relationship management, and negotiations
• Sales and marketing expertise, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in healthcare or dental implant industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Dentist can also apply.
• Flexibility for travel within the assigned region
