Key Deliverables
- Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with the existing network of IFAs
- Recruit potential new IFAs
- Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
- Ensure highest servicing standard for IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training.
- Build up team as per defined organization structure
Role Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate
- Experience: 3+ Years in sales of investment products through IFA channel.
- Team handling experience: Recommended
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, understanding of the indirect channel
- IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications
