Hiring Area Manager (SEL Product) in a leading Bank.

location- Lucknow & Dehradun

Grade- DM / Manger

Responsible for driving business growth and portfolio expansion of Small Enterprise Loans (SEL) in the assigned area. Lead and manage sales teams to achieve disbursement targets, ensure portfolio quality, compliance, and strong customer relationships while maintaining healthy asset quality.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably MBA or equivalent).
• 610 years of relevant banking experience in SME/SEL/Business Loans/LAP.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, risk management, and banking regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
