Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for agent recruitment, training, and development.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in General Insurance Sales (Motor Insurance), Agency Channel or Direct Channel Sales.
- Strong understanding of Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Car Insurance, OEM Channel products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams.
