Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of Sales Officers / Executives across the territory
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance tracking to achieve targets
Sales & Distribution:
- Achieve planned volumes through effective distribution for various brands/products
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets
- Implement and track performance of trade partner schemes
- Formulate and establish efficient distribution infrastructure to meet channel needs
Market & Channel Development:
- Expand retail coverage to increase market share
- Design and execute field marketing activities to drive adoption and awareness
- Oversee merchandising and visibility of company products
