Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager (FOFO Model Experience Only) at The Old Delhi, located in Delhi, OH. The Area Manager will oversee and manage daily operations of multiple franchise-owned franchise-operated (FOFO) outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and operational consistency. Responsibilities include monitoring store performance metrics, implementing organizational standards, conducting audits, coordinating with franchisees, and providing leadership training to outlet staff. Additional duties include resolving operational challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the assigned area.

Qualifications
  • Operations Management Experience: Expertise in managing multi-unit franchise operations and the FOFO business model.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Skills in analyzing store performance, conducting audits, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Proven experience in training, guiding, and motivating outlet teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Customer Service and Quality Assurance: Ability to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high product quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work in a dynamic, retail-focused environment.
  • Experience in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Industry: Background in managing outlets in the hospitality, food, or quick-service restaurant sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
