Area Manager / Business Development Manager / City Manager (Franchise Operations)

The Red Box, founded in 2015 by five entrepreneurs, is an Indo-Asian takeaway joint renowned for delivering top-notch food quality. As one of the first delivery-focused models in India, The Red Box quickly established itself as a leader in the space. The brand has successfully expanded through franchising and currently operates in six cities across India, including three metro cities and three tier-two cities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Area Manager / Business Development Manager / City Manager (Franchise Operations). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations, driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. The role will require close collaboration with both franchise partners and internal teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

• Experience in franchise management and food service operations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
