We are seeking a driven Area Manager to join our Health Insurance company's Bancassurance channel. This role is for a professional who can lead a team to drive business growth and achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in bancassurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business with the support of a team in the bancassurance channel.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure all sales targets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners to facilitate business growth.
Required Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel.
- A strong career record and stability in the insurance industry.
- Current CTC should be above 5 lakhs.
- Experience in team handling within bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels is also acceptable, but not mandatory.
- Candidates from an insurance background are preferred.
