Job Description

We Are Hiring | Area Manager Retail (Apparel)

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 17 LPA

Company: Reliance Brands Limited (Super Dry)

Mandatory Requirements:

Currently at Area Manager level

Retail Apparel experience is mandatory

From Premium / Upper Premium brands only

Strong exposure to sales, KPIs & team management

Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and drive store profitability.
Monitor KPIs: Conversion, ATV, UPT, and sell-through.
Ensure SOP, VM, and brand standards across stores.
Lead, train, and develop Store Managers & teams.
Control inventory, stock ageing, and shrinkage.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
Analyze performance reports and implement action plans.
Support new store openings and track competitor activity.
