Jio is actively looking to hire candidates for the position - Area HR Lead
Key requirements are
- Experience - 10-15 years
- Post-Graduation, MBA in Human resource preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure basic HR hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues.
- Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees.
- Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives.
- Drive performance management and rewards for the employees.
- Carry out employee retention plan in the defined geography.
- Execute and monitor employee engagement initiatives within allocated, budget.
- Identify high performing employees and help with career progression, opportunities.
- Build talent pool for all critical roles by market mapping and, internal talent identification.
- Visit Jio canters and Jio points to understand operation related, challenges and help with solutions.
- Handle recruitment at area through effective source mix, defined TAT, and quality parameters.
