Job Description

  • Relationship Building with Educational Institutions: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships for industry-focused vocational courses to enhance student learning and placement outcomes.
  • Joint Management/PG/UG Programs: Lead initiatives to secure mandates for customized BFSI industry-focused programs (e.g., PGDBM Financial Services, BCom Capital Markets, PGDM Banking, Lending & Credit).
  • Certifications: Drive alliances for Job-Readiness Certifications in BFSI, Wealth Management, Stock Markets, Equity, Debt, Lending, Alternate Assets, embedding sales and behavioral skills for holistic learning.
  • Short Courses: Implement BFSI-focused trainer-led short courses and NISM Certifications alongside regular UG/PG curriculum to enhance employability (e.g., Mutual Funds, Equity Derivatives, Investment Banking, Portfolio Management).
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build a pipeline of potential clients to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions meeting client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and opportunities to guide business development strategies.
