We are seeking an experienced Area Head for Franchise Development in the Education Sector to lead our expansion efforts in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing franchise strategies, identifying potential partners, and ensuring the successful growth of our franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement franchise development strategies for the education sector.
• Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and opportunities in the region.
• Manage relationships with existing franchisees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitive landscape in the education sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract franchise partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to franchise operations.
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics to drive improvement and growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in franchise development or business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of franchise business models and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with franchise partners.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of franchising is a plus.
